Plenary- Hate Crimes and Terrorism- Conditions of and Impacts on Community -Enforcement Measures
The continuum of existing criminal and civil anti-hate crime laws provides a strong safety-net for addressing and abating
this crime and for responding to terrorist’s acts. Discussion of existing enforcement avenues and highlighting of
successful prosecutions for the commission of hate crimes will serve to inform and motivate the audience to Identify
and report hate crime as a united community solution.
