Plenary – A Review of the Supreme Court
In a prepared video lecture Professor Erwin Chemerinsky will provide his annual update on the U.S. Supreme Court. This much-heralded and insightful presentation delves into the composition of the Supreme Court, discusses cases heard or with potential to be heard by the court and presents a variety of other perspectives concerning the Supreme Court.

In this session the other speakers will continue to highlight the roles of each enforcement entity while showcasing recent cases brought by each involving a variety of “protected class” issues. Speakers will also discuss recent cases coming from the private/non-profit bar and their work with fair housing centers.
